In SOLIDWORKS<\/strong><\/a> existiert eine Funktion, die eigentlich ziemlich offensichtlich ist, jedoch kaum einer unserer Kunden nutzt: die Kommentarfunktion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Im FeatureManager<\/em> von SOLIDWORKS<\/strong> haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Textkommentare in Form von Post-It-Notizen zu Elementen hinzuzufügen. Dies umfasst Baugruppen<\/a>, Komponenten, Features und Skizzen<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Wenn ich einen Kommentar an das Teil anfügen will, kann ich dies machen, indem ich unter dem Kontextmenü im FeatureManager<\/em> die Option «Kommentar – Kommentar hinzufügen<\/strong><\/em>» auswähle:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Danach sehe ich folgendes Fenster:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Hier wird in der ersten Zeile das Datum<\/strong>, die Uhrzeit<\/strong> und der Name<\/strong> des angemeldeten Benutzers angezeigt.<\/p>\n

Ich kann zusätzlich noch den Text<\/strong> ergänzen, den ich möchte:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Dabei kann ich verschiedene Schriftstile<\/strong> auf den Text<\/strong> anwenden, einen Zeitstempel<\/strong> integrieren und sogar Bilder<\/strong> oder Screenshots<\/strong> einfügen.<\/p>\n

Seit SOLIDWORKS<\/strong> 2023<\/strong> kann ich auch noch die Hintergrundfarbe<\/strong> ändern. Diese ist nicht nur eine Farbe, ich kann hierzu auch in den Optionen hinterlegen, was diese Farbe bedeutet<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

In den Standardeinstellungen bedeutet eine gelbe Farbe, dass es sich um eine «Beschreibung<\/em>» handelt, und bei Rot um einen Text mit «Hoher Priorität<\/em>».<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Falls ich dies jedoch für meine Zwecke anpassen will, kann ich dies erreichen, indem ich auf das Zahnrad<\/em> klicke. Dieser Klick führt mich dann in die «Dokumentoptionen<\/em> -> Modellanzeige<\/em><\/strong>»:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Hier kann ich nun frei die Texte definieren, die für die jeweilige Farbe verwendet werden sollen.<\/p>\n

Damit andere Mitarbeitende direkt auf diese Kommentare aufmerksam werden, kann ich hier auch die Option «Beim Öffnen anzeigen<\/em><\/strong>» aktivieren:<\/p>\n
