{"id":76973,"date":"2021-10-05T08:26:25","date_gmt":"2021-10-05T06:26:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.visiativ.ch\/blog\/comment-partager-des-licences-entre-les-differents-tenants\/"},"modified":"2024-04-08T11:44:27","modified_gmt":"2024-04-08T09:44:27","slug":"comment-partager-des-licences-entre-les-differents-tenants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.visiativ.ch\/fr\/blog\/comment-partager-des-licences-entre-les-differents-tenants\/","title":{"rendered":"Comment partager des licences entre les diff\u00e9rents tenants ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<article id=\"post-88526\" class=\"cf post-88526 news type-news status-publish has-post-thumbnail hentry kinds-trucs-et-astuces-ch_fr activities-3dexperience-ch_fr\" role=\"article\">\n<section class=\"entry-content cf\">\n<div class=\"the-content\">\n<p>Dans cette astuce, je vous explique comment partager les licences entre diff&eacute;rents tenants dans la <a href=\"https:\/\/visiativ-solutions.ch\/3dexperience\/\">3DEXPERIENCE<\/a> (applicable pour les licences IFW (3DSwymer) et CSV).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"section-0\" class=\"mod--anchor-scroller anchor-final acf-section\">\n<h2 class=\"h3 section-title\">Etape 1<\/h2>\n<div class=\"acf-row\">\n<div class=\"acf-cell size-1\">\n<div class=\"free-content\">\n<p>Afin de pouvoir partager les licences sur la 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud, il faut activer quelques options dans la partie administration.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Activation de l&rsquo;option sur les 2 tenants<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Naviguer dans le menu d&rsquo;administration de la plateforme<\/li>\n<li>Naviguer dans le menu Members<\/li>\n<li>Cliquer sur Configurer les options de membres<\/li>\n<li>Puis autoriser les invitations des administrateurs sans licence accord&eacute;e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img width=\"605\" height=\"230\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/legacy-news-uploads\/fr\/2021\/08\/CH-DE_ETN_TT_Lizenzen-teilen_1.1.jpg\" class=\"alignnone\"\/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"section-1\" class=\"mod--anchor-scroller anchor-final acf-section\">\n<h2 class=\"h3 section-title\">Etape 2<\/h2>\n<div class=\"acf-row\">\n<div class=\"acf-cell size-1\">\n<div class=\"free-content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Partage de licence entre les tenants<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>On cr&eacute;e un User sur un tenant 1 et on lui attribue une licence IFW et CSV<\/li>\n<li>Il faut d&eacute;cocher l&rsquo;option &lsquo;non&rsquo; restreindre l&rsquo;utilisation sur cette plateforme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img width=\"602\" height=\"504\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/legacy-news-uploads\/fr\/2021\/08\/CH-DE_ETN_TT_Lizenzen-teilen_2.jpg\" class=\"alignnone\"\/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On invite cet utilisateur dans le tenant 2<\/li>\n<li>Lors de l&rsquo;invitation, on peut choisir de ne donner que le r&ocirc;le a cet utilisateur sans l&rsquo;affectation des licences CSV et IFW <img width=\"602\" height=\"258\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/legacy-news-uploads\/fr\/2021\/08\/CH-DE_ETN_TT_Lizenzen-teilen_3.jpg\" class=\"alignnone\"\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans l&rsquo;image ci-dessus on d&eacute;sactive la coche et on affecte que le r&ocirc;le Collaborative Business Innovator<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"acf-row\">\n<div class=\"acf-cell size-1\">\n<div class=\"free-content\">\n<p><em>Nota<\/em>: Les licences en relation avec Solidworks ne sont pas partageables entre les diff&eacute;rents tenants. De m&ecirc;me, on ne peut pas utiliser les licences IFW et CSV qui proviennent du tenant 1 afin de les utiliser avec une licence pour SOLIDWORKS dans le tenant 2.
